Failure analysis can be done either in MOBATIME India premises or on site (customer/project site), depend on customer's will and also depends on type of failure if repairable at site or not. We also provide 24x7 technical support over phone/email to resolve the issue if this can be resolved remotely.
On-site analysis and rectification is only possible for failures like Configuration, GPS reception, Loss of synchronization, firmware upgradation or for any general failure except Hardware failure. If Hardware failure occurs, the device has to be sent back to our MOBATIME India office for further diagnosis.
